Corporate Tax support.
Built around your business.
A tax return depends on much more than a final profit figure. Your legal structure, income, expenses, transactions and accounting records all shape the work required. We help you identify gaps early and create a practical plan for the relevant tax period.
Know your obligations
Review your entity, registration status, financial year and approaching deadlines so the work starts with a clear scope.
Prepare reliable information
Bring financial statements, reconciliations and supporting schedules together before the tax calculation and return are finalised.
Understand the outcome
Discuss the calculation, open questions and responsibilities for approval, submission and payment before the deadline.

Who we support
For mainland and
free zone businesses.
We work with business owners and finance teams that need support with a first return, an approaching filing date, incomplete records or a change in operations. The engagement can cover one entity or a group, with the responsibilities for each company agreed clearly.
Tell us whether you already have a Corporate Tax registration number, the end of your financial year and the condition of your accounts. If you are unsure which rules apply, start with an assessment rather than selecting a filing service on assumptions.
The UAE Corporate Tax context
Under the general regime, the first AED 375,000 of taxable income is subject to 0%, with 9% applying to the portion above that threshold. This is a taxable-income threshold, not a general company-registration exemption. Qualifying Free Zone Persons have separate rules.
Returns and payment are generally due within nine months of the relevant tax-period end. Special regimes and entity-specific circumstances can affect the analysis, so your position should be checked against current official guidance.

Your questions answered
Corporate Tax FAQs.
What do your Corporate Tax services include?
Support can cover an initial assessment, registration, tax computation, return preparation, compliance reviews and deregistration. We agree the exact work after reviewing your business and the condition of your records.
Do we need to register if our profit is below AED 375,000?
The general 0% band is not a registration threshold for companies. Registration obligations depend on the person and applicable rules, even where no tax is ultimately payable. Individuals carrying on business have separate criteria.
When is a Corporate Tax return due?
The general filing deadline is nine months after the end of the relevant tax period, with payment normally due at the same time. Tell us your financial-year end so your applicable deadline can be checked.
Are all free zone companies taxed at 0%?
No. The 0% treatment for a Qualifying Free Zone Person applies to qualifying income when the required conditions are met. A free zone licence alone does not establish that all income qualifies.
Can you help if our accounts are incomplete?
Yes, we can first review the available records and identify the preparation work required. Any bookkeeping, reconciliation or financial-statement work is scoped clearly before the return engagement proceeds.
Can you help with related-party transactions?
We can review the nature of transactions, supporting agreements and documentation needs. The depth of any transfer-pricing analysis or specialist documentation is agreed separately according to the circumstances.
Does closing the licence automatically end Corporate Tax registration?
No. Tax deregistration is a separate FTA process. Outstanding returns, liabilities and supporting closure records need to be reviewed as part of the application.
How much does Corporate Tax support cost?
Fees depend on the number of entities, tax periods, transactions, record quality and the work required. The initial consultation is free, followed by a defined scope and fee proposal.
