A practical approach

Virtual Offices.
Built around your needs.

A virtual office can suit a business that does not need a dedicated daily workspace, but an address must still be suitable for its intended purpose. We assess your business activity and authority requirements first, then explain the plan’s address, reception, meeting and document arrangements.

01

Your goals first

We listen to what you want to achieve, the timing you have in mind and the constraints that matter. The recommendation starts with your situation and the information available.

02

A defined scope

Understand the services, documents, responsibilities and costs before proceeding. We identify third-party decisions and separate optional support from the core engagement.

03

Clear next steps

Receive a practical checklist and a point of contact for the agreed work. We explain outstanding requirements so you can see what is ready and what needs attention.

Make an informed decision

Confirm the official purpose before you book

A virtual office is not automatically suitable for every trade licence, visa application or bank requirement. Authority and bank checks are separate. We review the intended use and confirm the documents and services actually included; no automatic Ejari, immigration or banking approval is promised.

Talk through your options →

What your proposal will explain

  • The agreed services and intended deliverables
  • Information and approvals needed from you
  • Relevant third-party requirements and dependencies
  • Fees, exclusions and any recurring commitments
  • Indicative timing and how progress will be communicated

We agree the approach before paid work starts. If requirements change, the scope and next steps are reviewed with you.

Your questions answered

Virtual Offices FAQs.

Is a virtual office the same as a private office?

No. A virtual office centres on an agreed address and associated services. It does not automatically include a dedicated room or daily desk. If you need regular workspace, we can compare shared or individual offices.

Can I use it for a trade licence?

The licensing authority and activity determine suitability. We review the proposed arrangement and documentation before you commit; there is no blanket approval for every licence.

Does every plan include Ejari?

No automatic inclusion is assumed. Any tenancy registration or address documentation must be confirmed for the specific plan and intended use. The written proposal explains what is available.

Can I receive visitors and correspondence?

Discuss the reception, visitor and correspondence services needed. We confirm operating arrangements, collection or forwarding terms and any limitations under the selected plan.

Is meeting-room use included?

It depends on the plan. Included hours, booking rules, access arrangements and additional charges should be confirmed before signing.

Will a bank accept the address?

A bank makes its own assessment of your business and premises. The virtual office agreement does not guarantee an account or meet every bank’s requirements.

Can I change to a physical office later?

You can discuss an upgrade as your requirements change. Availability, agreement changes and licensing documentation must be reviewed for the new arrangement.

How do I request a plan?

Book a free initial consultation with your activity, licensing authority, intended address use and service needs. We then confirm suitability, current options and a written quotation.
