A practical approach

Off-Plan Projects.
Structured comparison.

Marketing material is a starting point. A sound review also considers official project information, escrow and registration arrangements, payment milestones, contract terms and what happens if dates or circumstances change.

01

Your goals first

We listen to what you want to achieve, the timing you have in mind and the constraints that matter. The recommendation starts with your situation and the information available.

02

A defined scope

Understand the services, documents, responsibilities and costs before proceeding. We identify third-party decisions and separate optional support from the core engagement.

03

Clear next steps

Receive a practical checklist and a point of contact for the agreed work. We explain outstanding requirements so you can see what is ready and what needs attention.

Your questions answered

Off-Plan Projects FAQs.

Do you support commercial leasing and purchase enquiries?

We can review both types of requirement and explain the appropriate next steps. The search and coordination scope is tailored to your intended use and the available property options.

Can an office licence use any commercial address?

No blanket assumption should be made. The activity, licensing authority, property and proposed agreement affect suitability. We check those dependencies before relying on the address.

How do I receive current property options?

Share your location, property type, budget and timeline. The team will review the brief and confirm relevant options and current availability directly. A website enquiry does not reserve a unit or confirm a price.

What costs should I compare?

Consider the purchase or rental amount alongside applicable registration charges, professional fees, financing, service charges, maintenance and fit-out where relevant. Request a property-specific breakdown before making a commitment.

What checks should be completed before committing?

Check ownership or project records, the relevant parties’ authority, property condition and material contract terms. Dubai Land Department offers property, project, title and practitioner verification services. Specialist legal review can be arranged separately where needed.

Can you guarantee rental income or price growth?

No. Occupancy, market prices, financing costs and future demand can change. Any scenario must state its assumptions, expenses and risks; it should not be presented as a guaranteed return.

Can I enquire from outside the UAE?

Yes. Share your circumstances and preferred contact times. Eligibility, document requirements, financing and transfer arrangements are checked for the particular property and buyer.

Is the first consultation free?

Yes. The initial conversation is free. We then explain the proposed support, relevant parties, fees and next steps before any paid work or transaction commitment.
