The United Arab Emirates Golden Visa is a renewable residence visa that can be issued for either five or ten years to investors, entrepreneurs, specialized talents, and researchers working in a variety of scientific and academic fields, as well as students who have demonstrated exceptional academic potential. It makes it possible for non-UAE nationals to live, work, or study in the UAE without the need for a local sponsor and for firms to be controlled entirely by non-UAE nationals.
Who is eligible to apply: individuals with specialized talents and investors who have made a public investment of at least Aed 10 million are eligible for 10-year visas, while investors who have made a property investment of at least Aed 5 million, entrepreneurs, and outstanding students are eligible for 5-year visas.
